Item glitch

When having a flashlight in your hand and then proceeding to go into a locker to craft a flashbang your flashlight disappears. BHVR please fix this

    This is a Known Issue in the Patch Notes:

    • Holding an item while crafting a Flash grenade from the Flashbang perk will result in the equipped item being lost.
