Groaning Storehouse has invisible stuff everywhere

I was playing wraith on this map, version 1 or "LD01". There were multiple tiles with invisible stuff that you could climb and so many invisible collisions. Most of them near shack. I'll post some pics.
My feet was at same height as that thingy
As you can see, all tiles of this area were affected
