Red flooring in some maps

there is a glitch in the game that when you load into the game a red flooring will appear in the edge of the map. This flooring you can step on but when I tried to move more into the glitch I fell through, this glitch got me stuck and when the killer tried to get at me they also ended up getting stuck.
this glitch I have seen twice now and it makes it easier for the players to fall off the map. It appears on the maps that are based outside.
