Duel monitor issues since update

before the last update on a duel monitor you could not bring your mouse from the game to the other monitor due to the full screen aspect. This is normal behaviour for most full screen games.
Since the update moving my mouse right now brings my cursor to the other screen even mid game. This causes me to come out of the game every time i click M1 or M2 and of course this is a major issue.

Current work around is ive disconnected my second monitor for now but has anyone else had this issue or knows how to fix the issue?

Things ive tried so far.
Full restart of the game.
setting windowed mode then back to full screen
