Frequent Crashes since July 24th on Playstation 4

I have been getting these errors more frequently since 2v8 but I got two of them before the mode went live. It is now causing me DC Penalties. It can happen in the beginning of a match, middle of a match or even in the menus. The game goes away and this exact same error pops up:

    I'm worried this may be an issue for people who did cross-progression between Nintendo Switch and PlayStation.

    I decided to play on Switch again because I keep crashing on PlayStation 4 and now Switch is disconnecting me too.
