Skillcheck Delay on XBOX Series S

Since the Tomb Raider chapter dropped on consoles, iv had problems with skillchecks. When I press the button for the skillcheck, it doesn't register until a few seconds after I hit the button. I have to press the button a second or two before it even gets into the good skillcheck zone for it to even register as a good skillcheck. Iv been blowing so many gens because of this..it's the same for wiggling and healing too

I hope this gets fixed soon because it's impossible for me to do survivor without screwing myself over in matches because the game doesn't wanna register that I hit the button at the time that I hit the button..
