I can't sync steam to my bhvr account

I'm getting an error that says there is an already existing account. I don't know what that means I tried playing the game back in 2019 on steam but it didn't work since my laptop couldn't run it I just bought the game again and wanted to use cross progression with my playstation account I don't know what i'm doing wrong.
