Wire spool missing from Blood Web

I play almost everyday and since the last patch the wire spool addon for the tool boxes is completely missing I leveled several survivors many levels and between 15 levels I received 2 wire spools? this is a uncommon part? I feel this should show up a lot more. Please look into this, it's completely gone now. 5 levels on my Meg toon and not WIRE SPOOLS. Any help please.
