Forum Notifications working sporadically

The forum notifications system seems to be having issues. I’m not getting notified when someone replies to me. I checked my settings and I have it enabled to where I get a notification if someone replies to me.

Voting this one up, because I keep getting the same notifications on repeat. Even after marking them all as read, the moment the page refreshes I get them again.
