When I vault this window, I get obstructed. Sometimes I don't even vault at all and the vaulting animation just stops halfway through. If I fast vault, I make it to the other side of the wall, but get stuck. Sometimes I fall through the window and get stuck and the only way to get out is to try vaulting again.
