Need to randomize cage locations in 2v8

Speaking as both killer and survivor, killers are starting realize the cages appear in the same spots over and over. Some are now patrolling the cage spawn locations. Not a game killer but as more games are being played, it is becoming more common.

    I've started to suspect Killers are wising up to the cage spawns too. It doesn't help that the cages tend to cluster together, either.

    It's part of the reason why I don't want to play much more Survivor in this mode and I had two early exits because of this (but I suppose maybe they just got lucky finding me).

    If I know anything about the DBD community, if there's a way to optimise the fun out of these time limited modes, then we'll find it sooner or later.
