Current bugs, no action from BHVR and bug abuse

Everybody knows that since most recent patch last Tuesday, some maps have issues, some more severe than others.

On Wednesday BHVR has tweeted that urgent emergency fix is being worked on and will be dispatched as soon as it's ready and they will keep us updated.

It is now Saturday night, there was no updates and no fixes. Now aside from the general technical state of the game, the only reason why I'm making this post is because I don't understand the approach and decision making here.

While some invisible walls here and there would be bearable…there is one specific map where Survivors can simply abuse said bugs and avoid the killer during chase. That has happened to me at least twice, where survivors were KNOWINGLY AND REPEATEDLY bee-lining to affected area during a chase making it impossible to catch them (not gonna go into details to not give ppl ideas). THIS itself is game-braking.

No fix was deployed, no updates were communicated. And you know what, maybe they couldn't fix it quick enough, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, even though that still doesn't justify lack of updates.

BUT…one thing could've been EASILY done and the most affected maps/variations could have been KILLSWITCHED.

That didn't happen. In fact, I've seen the biggest offenders even more in the map rotation!!! And leaving the game in this mess for a full week at least…is beyond acceptable in my opinion.

PS. Now before anyone comments anything silly, I get it obviously that when there's a massive hole in the map, people will want to check it out, goof around for a bit, etc. And that is totally FINE. I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about REPEATED bug abuse aka survivors knew what they were doing. And I know you can always report that, but I'm only mentioning this to show how gamebreaking the current bugs are and nothing is being done about it in a timely manner.
