I hate to come off in the way that I am however it's just about to hit a week of silence after submitting a Support Ticket and a Bug Report. It's not just me having this issue either. Aside from a quick troubleshoot comment there has been no word or help for an issue concerning Real Money/Purchased Content and promises not being kept.
