No Network Connection

My wife and I both are getting the "No Network Connection" error when logging in. The message says "In order to access this content, a network connection is required." We have stable internet and are able to play other games (Halo, ESO, Ghost Recon, Minecraft, etc.) We are both on Series X and this issue began after logging in to play 2v8 for the first time. Invites were not working, so we both closed and relaunched the game. Now it will not log us in at all.
