Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

How come I can't play on Xbox?

Today suddenly the "Play" and "Store" buttons are greyed out and I can't play. I tried restarting my Xbox to no avail. Is there some kind of maintenance going on or can other console players play at all right now?
