PS5 Initializing error or error in game menu

This has been going on for a while. When I want to start the game, initializing takes very long, or doesn't work. This is the error code if it doesn't work:

'Initialization error: the game has initialized incorrectly and may not save your game properly. Restarting your game may resolve the problem. (It doesn't)

Player ID: Press here to display your CloudID' (?)

When I get into the game menu and start prepping my character, in this case survivor, I randomly get this error code:

'Connection lost: the connection to the party has been lost.'

While not playing or searching for a game yet.

This has been going on for a year or something, maybe longer. I stopped playing for months and then started again, because I really like the game and bought killers and survivors. But still the same.

Also, these are just 2 examples of errors. I get errors with the archives, bloodweb, basically anything. Once in a blue moon when I get into a game, I can usually finish it. Other online games work fine.

All updates are installed. I have the PS5 version. I tried deleting it and installing it again. Nothing works.

I'm in Europe, Belgium.

I hope this can get resolved, it has caused a lot of aggravation. Thank you.
