Made for This does not give Endurance

I finished healing a survivor from the dying state when I was injured and I did not get the Endurance status effect from the perk Made for This which resulted in me going down half a second later.
My perks were: Made for This, Unbreakable, Off the Record, Babysitter
I also had a yellow med-kit with Styptic Agent. The killer was Vecna and he hit me with a basic attack.
