[GAS HAVEN] Weird collision, pile of rubble in the cistern

• Description of the issue: stuck in the pile of rubble (impassable, stuck in place), in the cistern near the shack
• Steps to reproduce (if possible): run in the right side of the cistern on Gas Haven, near the shack
• How often does this occur: always ? impassable/invisible object/bad collision.
