XBOX - Match kicks me when use some characters

Since yesterday everytime I start a match with the survivor Mykaela and Kate Denson it kicked me, I thought it was just an general error, but when I used Yun-Ji the match doesn't kick me, I tried to desinstall the game I open it again, and now all characters I tried to enter to a match it just kicks me (Survivors like Dwight, Yui, Yun-Li, Kate Denson, Mykaela)

I can play 2v8 as killer or survivor, include 1v4 as a killer without this bug, it only happens when I'm a survivor on the 1v4 mode

I don´t know how it happen o how can happen again but this bug happened after being play one day as kate and mykaela on 2v8
