I use the PC and I noticed that when I was in the game it said I finished my killer challenge for the new tome and yet when I went to claim it it said there was an error and wouldn't let me claim the reward. I tried closing dbd and restarting it but it didn't help. After that I decided to just work on my survivor challenge and when I was in the game it said it was completed yet as soon as the game was over it states that I had made no progress at all on the challenge.
