Map textures error

I play on PC and the map textures seem to not be loading in and actually getting worse. I've been killer and had survivors use these errors in the map to glitch out of sight/away from me and stop chase by teleporting to the other side of the map. Most of the time its not problematic for me but when the edge of a map has glitched to the point where you can go out of bounds it becomes annoying to deal with. This specifically has happened multiple times and only one time has the glitched area been in the middle where it wouldn't affect the gameplay that much.
