There are places where the map boundary is bugged and players can go outside of the map. Survivors can wait at the other side of the Exit gates and the killer can't reach them, so they can wait till the killer dc's or the game ends. After 1 exit game is opened the survivor waiting on the other side of the gate immedietly escapes the trial.
