Cross progression removed all levels & inventories from all survivors and killers (except one)

So i just synced my Microsoft Store verion with the Steam version together, and all of a sudden, my entire level progress on all survivors and all killers (except the Huntress) are gone, and reset to level 1. the last game i played was a killer round as the Huntress, and her level and prestiege stayed, but it's gone for everyone else. any ideas how i get them back, except contacting support? Everything else synced together perfectly fine.
EDIT: just checked my inventories, they're also wiped. i have none of my items, add ons or offerings anymore. basiacally everyone has been fully reset except Huntress, she still has everything.
