Ada Lunar Qipao physics glitch

I bought the Lunar Qipao cosmetic for Ada Wong today, i watched a few videos (from 1 year ago) before buying it and i really like it what i saw so i decided to buy it, but while playing i realized her ribbon for some reason is weirdly stiff, moving only when vaulting windows while in the videos i watched it looked normal, it looks very bad while playing and the ribbon being one of the reasons i bought the cosmetic looking so bad and unsatisfying makes me regret the purchase.
If it's suposed to look like that it's fine but from the videos i saw it shouldn't look like that.
