Basement invisible wall stopping exit

Hooked Dwight in basement, got locked behind an invisible wall and another teammate got locked in too. Tried to send the file twice but kept having issues. This took place on Macmillian, but I'm not sure which map specifically.
Both survivors ended up being killed by endgame collapse
