Xbox lag making game unfair

For the longest time i played on the xbox one and series x but for most of 2024 there has been a constant latency problem causing teleporting survivors and making my power unusable, i have tried everything from my wifi connection to updating the console but nothing works. Does anyone know how to fix the latency om xbox to make the game playable?
