New Character Signature Perks

Would you be ok with a survivor or killer being added that didn't have any signature perks, or even less than 3?

I know some players buy a character just for the perks, other times they buy cause they like whoever it is... but new things often become meta, while older ones stay unchanged for years on end. So perhaps it's time to slow down on new perks and spend more time trying to balance the hundreds that exist already.
