im new to pc and have been playing on 120 fps. But I was wondering if there any benefits from 60fps vs 120? Only difference i notice is 90 fps im running 60% gpu at 120 its 75-98%.

    Yes, definitely. Motion clarity will be better, assuming your displays refresh rate is at least as high as your fps. (What I mean by this is when your fps starts to go above your displays refresh rate motion clarity will stop improving). Also your input lag will decrease, even if you go above your displays refresh rate your input lag will decrease.

    Also GPU usage at 99% is completely normal, this depends on a lot things, how strong your gpu is, how high your resolution is, how much load you're putting on the gpu with the games graphics settings.

    well, it does reduce input lag. Most of the time ping is the bigger offender - but when it comes to skillchecks it is quite a bit easier to hit greats on high fps. Maybe if a vault or pallet Pallet comes down to milliseconds it might night also help a little - but as I said; ping makes the bigger difference there i find
