My bug report is ”acknowledged”, does that mean the devs are aware and are reviewing the bugs ?

I reported Nurse’s bugs today cause she has been bugged for 8-9 months now and 5 minutes after I posted it, it went from pending to ”under review”, hours later, it got ”acknowledged”, but the note says : ”Thank you for taking the time to report this issue, we are forwarding this to the team for their review”, which means it’s still not under review, right ? For the others, it says : ”Thank you for your report, it has been updated and is under review.”, do they mean the same ? And acknowledged does mean that the devs are aware and will fix the bugs, right ?

    I made a bug report concerning some of Kate's cosmetics over 2 years ago. It became "under review" in July 2023 and hasn't received any updates since. Also the cosmetics haven't been fixed yet the last I checked. Its been way too long for something like this to not be fixed yet.

    I noticed that it’s rare for your post to actually be ”acknowledged”, I did another post like months ago and it’s still under review, same for the others.
