Tips on how to spin the killer on console?

Okay, so I play on an Xbox One and started the game in late November last year. I don't know for sure, but if I had to guess I'd say I have around 500 hours. Just for a general idea of my skill level I'd say I'm:

  • Adept at looping
  • Good at mindgames
  • Great with flashbangs
  • Bad with flashlights
  • Bad at most techs, with the exception of a fake vault, which I can do pretty well
  • Terrible at spinning the killer (if I'm caught out in the open I'm dead)

So yeah, I'm by no means amazing. Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone has any tips or advice on how to 360 the killer on console? Preferably without having to turn my sensitivity to the max. SOMETIMES I can kind of 180 the killer, but only very occasionally. Playing against PC killers is hard!
