II bought the tome 20 rift and didn't get the first two tiers I have private DM from DBD Twitter page and I've submitted a ticket to the support team and both has not responded to me at all about the issue and now I'm stuck and frustrated that I paid for cosmetics but I didn't get and I some people messaging me that they also have issues while also buying tears but they didn't get the cosmetics as well
