Achievement "Outta Nowhere" does not progress

I play on Steam and i have noticed that the Outta Nowhere Achievement doesnt progess at all for me, for a decent while.
I have confirmed this on Chucky in Hideyhoe mode and on ScratchedMirror Myers.

I waited after the Matches refreshed the page and the Progress doesnt update at all even days later.

    I could only show you my achievement stuck at 7/40 before and after a game? Ive also seen people commenting in Achievement Forums that its bugged.
