Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.
Genderfluid Pride 2023 Flag Code broken
My friend attempted to redeem the Genderfluid Pride 2023 Code on the PC version, and it said redeemed and it doesn't show up in their inventory. Their Player ID on PC is Z13#b8ad.
We tried a different code as well, specifically the Transgender flag charm of the same set, with the same results.
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Went into Store and Redeemed the BDGGF code.
Step 3: Code says redeemed, and showed the animation of getting a new cosmetic in the bottom of the screen.
Step 4: Flag charm did not show up inside my friends inventory.

Those codes are not for charms, but for player badges. If your friend clicks the square at the top right of the screen (next to the Bloodpoint count), they can see which badges and banners they have unlocked and equip the ones they want.
The Genderfluid Pride flag charm can be acquired through code GFLAGF.0 -
