Skull merchant drone rotation?

Is it of any use that you can change manually wether it rotates clockwise or counter-clockwise? Because if so im glad to know about it. I dont see it

    Yes. Its useful. You can change the rotation of a drones lasers while in chase to get better scans or around loops. Very helpful actually.
