I've been having this error all week, the game crashes in the middle of games and I'm getting increasingly bigger bans, support ignores you, and there's no way they can help you fix it or at least remove the ban, since it seems super unfair to me that due to a game problem that is not my fault within the game, I have to suffer a 24-hour ban.

I've tried a thousand things from the little information that there is on the internet and nothing works, and to top it off the support is useless, it's useless because they ignore you.

If anyone has had this problem and managed to fix it, it would be great to get help. I know there are a lot of people with the same problem.

    I also miss the DbD Support forum, but only the most massive nerds had time review and respond in there, I miss Khaine. 😥

    Anyway, EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION means the game don't have permission to read and write in memory.
    Which it should have and since it does do that mostly on all PC without issue, the conclusion is something is causing error on yours.

    This is often an issue with a corrupted Windows file, therefore I would recommend performing these steps below;

    1. Go to your Windows search bar and type "cmd", right-click on Command Prompt and click Run as administrator
    2. Type "sfc/scannow" in the Command Prompt and press enter, wait for the verification process to complete
    3. Any files repaired in the process will be shown, once it is done, try playing the game again

    after testing that I would ask you if you know all your Graphics Card Drivers is up to date, if not reinstall them and confirm.
