Vigil and Hidnered
For TL;DR people, Vigil should not affect Hindered as it is now.
I don't generally hate the concept of Vigil but I've noticed that its' ability to affect Hindered is a bit of an… Disproportional case.
Other Status Effects that Vigil affects aren't applied by Killers that are also timed.
For instance, Exposed from Marking is basically applying it as long as you are Marked. Vigil does not affect Mark's duration.
Hindered applied from few Killer Powers is timed and Vigil does affect them more than Killers who do not apply it.
The cases of timed Hindered are Powers of: Clown, Nightmare, Nemesis, Skull Merchant and Unknown.
The only way for every Killer to apply Hindered on Survivors is Forced Hesitation which is a bit of a controversial Perk.
I just find it weird when Small Game or Slippery Meat were made to not affect Trapper but then Vigil still has an ability to affect few Killer Powers.
Either there would need to be a rework within Powers that apply Hindered to not be affected by Vigil or just simply remove the ability to affect Hindered from Vigil.
I don't mind a discussion around this but I think it's a bit of another outdated mechanic from the game so I guess there should be some agreement amongst community for this case.

Fixated has same issue. It affects walking speed which nerf's pinhead chain ability. they left few interactions where a survivor perk nerfs a killer power.
they did not change them because vigil has 1.81% pick-rate and fixated is 2.41%. their play-rate is small enough that they do not see need to change said interaction.
