PS5 RTM server error

My boyfriend has been having an issue everytime he tries to load onto dbd on his ps5. Everytime he trus to load up on dbd it tells him there was an error with the rtm server, he keeps retrying hoping it’ll just work, sometimes it has but mostly it’s back to back of rtm server error. He’s tried resetting his ps5 numerous times and it doesn’t work! Even I had the rtm server error on my pc. Reinstalling the app would do nothing to help. Please help, fix the bug :(
