Did clowns slowdown get nerfed?

Was playing a game with clown and the survivors didn't seem to slow down as much when hit with bottles.

-We found no issue with Clown's pink gas.
-Bleach is working as intended.

The Clown's power seems to work as intended and I ran into the cloud a few time to make sure. Honestly, if I hear that Clown's power is having issues, I would had lost my mind @_@.0

The Clown's bottles have had no recent changes. It could have just been a glitch.
