Missing blood on prestige cosmetics

Some survivors are missing blood from their prestige cosmetics, and prestige icons. They still have the blood on their clothing, but don't have it on their skin. This makes the cosmetics feel incomplete, seeing as some characters have blood on their prestige cosmetics, and some don't.
Most characters with this bug seem to only have the blood on their torso missing, those being Dwight, Feng, Yun-Jin and Vittorio.
Renato doesn't have blood on his torso, nor his feet.
This has been an issue for over a month, I saw someone report this exact issue early July and it's still under review.
