PC - Lisa Garland Model Issue

Whenever Lisa opens a gate, she gets a hole in her neck! You can see through to her back. I have not noticed this hole in any other animations such as pointing or doing gens.
To replicate:
Open DBD and enter a game as Lisa Garland
Trigger the "opening gate" animation
View the gap that appears in her neck
