Nemesis additional buff idea (easy to implement)

I would like the Tier 3 of Nemesis power to matter more, and that could simply be achieved to also apply the hindered effect survivors suffer from the initial contamination hit also to contaminated survivors when Nemesis reached Tier 3 and injures them with the tentacle strike.

The hindered is anyway just slightly noticeable even after the recent buff in the PTB, so it would just give him a little bit more power in his final mutation stage.
