Blast mine not activating

I was on Mother's dwelling. I had put blast mine and wire tap on a gen, the killer kicked the gen and immediately disabled wire tap and wasn't effected by the stun. The Singularity we were playing against also had hubris which didn't effect me when he kicked my blast mine and wire tapped gen. I thought maybe he had light born or enduring but that wasn't the case either.
