PS5 - Missing Characters

Hello,

I've realized while playing today that some characters that I've purchased on PC shows up as unowned, even though I have prestige levels on all these characters.

I do not know the cause of the issue, and haven't done anything that might trigger it. The only thing that I can think of is, I've joined the game on PC recently because of the PS5 outages (and I mainly play on PS5 and haven't entered PC in a while).

I've attached images of the problematic characters. I have at least prestige 1 for all of these characters and they still show up as unowned.
