Legendary Skin 'Rain' is not hearable trough the whole map.

When the killer is hooking Ellen with the skin 'Rain' applied on the other side of the map you are located, you cannot hear her voice (this happened in the past with Sheva and Carlos). When you play Rain yourself, you can hear the voice, but the other survivors can't. This is the same when she gets downed, nobody hears her downed scream, not her hooked scream. Fix please!
