Are Pallet saves disabled in this dbd version?

I've seen some really good pallet saves not actually coming off, i just assumed it was unlucky timing or maybe ping but i actually have a theory that pallet saves are currently disabled, would love some feedback.

    Bad placement = survivor not crawling correctly under the pallet ?

    So? The second time the killer wasn't under the pallet when it was dropped.

    It's been like this for like 2 years now and the devs still don't care. Just gotta accept that pallet saves are a lottery now even when you get the right timing.

    I'm pretty sure they lowered the server tickrate with the xeno update.

    Because of the lower tickrate a lot of the time critical actions fail or have strange outcomes even if all player have perfectly fine ping.

    For example the wesker dash - jump into the locker bug.
