Switch Cross Progression Problem?

No matter what I do, I can't get past the "launch DBD" part when trying to synchronize Switch for Cross-Progression. I've launched and closed the game multiple times. I have my account linked. But it won't synchronize for some reason. I've had no problem syncing both Xbox and PlayStation but Switch is a problem for me since cross-progression launched. Going here is pretty much my last ditch effort so some help would be appreciated!
