Vecna Brutality?

Is Vecna not supposed to also get Brutality points when he injures survivors with his Flight of the Damned? Because it seems strange that he doesn't when other killers get both Deviousness and Brutality points when they get injures with their power while Vecna only gets Deviousness with his Flight of the Damned.
