Bubba Tantrum trigger threshold has been incorrect since 8.0.0 when bubba received number changes, one of which was lowering tantrum duration from 5s to 3s. For some reason this change also lowered the threshold before triggering tantrum while continuously revving from 5s to 3s as well which was not mentioned in the patch notes.
