PS5 - Fox Snout Badge Not Received

After completing the epilogue of Tome 20's 2nd page the badge reward was never unlocked and is not in my inventory, this was also the case with the "Launch" charm of Tome 16's 4th page. The pictures show that i have completed the pages, but the rewards do not have the "owned" tag that every other reward has. I have received every single epilogue reward without issue aside from these 2.
