[Bug][Steam] Game crash on steam notification

If someone messages you through steam while you are in game, your game crashes and It is counted as a player penalty. (Even though its the dogwater game causing it, but punish the players I guess). I have had this happen consistently, and it seems pretty easily replicatable.
